Most Divakshe pieces are made to order. Please allow 3–4 working days for production before dispatch, unless stated otherwise.

Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared. While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to courier or external factors beyond our control.

Section 6: Returns & Exchanges

We take pride in our quality and craftsmanship.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions:

  • Product must be unused

  • Tags must be intact

  • Must be returned in original packaging

Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-measure products are non-returnable.
