Shipping policy

Most Divakshe pieces are made to order to maintain quality and craftsmanship.

Production Time: 3–4 working days
Delivery Time After Dispatch: 2–7 working days (depending on delivery pincode)

Working days are Monday – Friday. Weekends and public holidays are not included in production or shipping timelines.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp and/or email on your registered contact details.

Please do not accept the parcel if it appears tampered or damaged, as Divakshe will not be responsible once such parcels are accepted.

Do You Offer Reverse Pickup for Exchanges?

Yes, we offer reverse pickup for eligible exchange requests within India, wherever service is available.

In some locations, reverse pickup may not be possible. In such cases, you may be required to ship the product back to us at your own cost and risk. Our support team will guide you through the process.

Where Are My Tracking Details?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via WhatsApp and/or email.
If you do not receive tracking details within the expected timeline, please contact our support team.
