At DIVAKSHE, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and made with care. If something isn’t right, we are here to help.
Order Cancellation
We understand that plans change. Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever comes first.
To request a cancellation, please email us at divakshe@gmail.com with your order number.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Returns & Exchanges

Requests must be made within 2 days of delivery.

Exchanges are processed once the returned item is picked up.

All returns and exchanges are free of cost — we cover the reverse shipping for you.

Each order is eligible for one return or exchange only.

Orders placed using store credit are not eligible for return or exchange.
Store Credit & Refunds

Refunds are issued as Store Credit in most cases.

Store credit is shared via email within 24 hours after pickup and is valid for 365 days.

The credit applies only to the product value — shipping charges are non-refundable.
👉 Money refunds are only provided if a wrong or damaged product is delivered.
Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery if you receive a damaged, defective, or missing item.
Send images and order details to our support email, and our team will guide you with the next steps for replacement, store credit, or refund.
Note:
Minor variations in print, color, or texture are natural characteristics of handcrafted garments and are not considered defects.
Reverse Pickup

If your pincode is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you may self-ship the product to our warehouse.

Once the item passes quality check, you will receive ₹150 as store credit toward your shipping cost.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:

Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed

All tags and labels must remain intact

The product must be returned in its original condition
DIVAKSHE reserves the right to make the final decision on all return requests.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
International Orders

Reverse pickups are not available for international shipments.

Customers must arrange return shipping and bear any courier or customs charges.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

International orders are not eligible for exchanges.
If a product arrives damaged, please email us with proof. A store credit or full refund may be issued after verification.
Refund Timeline

Returns typically reach us within 12–14 working days.

After inspection (1–2 working days), refunds are processed within 2–3 business days.

Banks may take an additional 2–3 business days to reflect the amount.
